Fresh Products Wave 3D: specifications and buying considerations

This is a research-based profile of the Fresh Products Wave 3D, the top pick on our comparison page, built from the maker’s published specifications and dated retailer listings. It is not a hands-on review: we have not independently tested this product, and everything below is attributed to its source.

Specifications

  • Design: two-sided screen that sits over the drain; Fresh Products says both sides perform identically, so it cannot be installed upside down (Fresh Products product page, checked October 2026).
  • Pack size: 10 screens per box.
  • Fragrances: 13 in the product line, including Mango, Midnight Coast, Cucumber Melon, Herbal Mint and Kiwi Grapefruit.
  • Replacement interval: advertised at 30 days, with pull-off week and month tabs on the screen to mark the due date.
  • Extras per the maker: beneficial bacteria in the screen material, a patented high fragrance load, and US manufacturing.

The claims, in context

Fresh Products calls the Wave 3D the #1 selling urinal screen in the world, says the two-sided design eliminates 97% of splash-back, and says its fragrance load is three times that of the closest competitor. These are the maker’s claims on its own product page; the underlying test conditions are not published there. We report them because they are the manufacturer’s stated basis for the product, not because we have verified them.

What it costs

Prices move, so treat these as dated snapshots: on October 8, 2026 we recorded the Wave 3D 10-pack at $25.88 at Staples (Mango) and $25.94 at Home Depot, roughly $2.60 per screen, with distributor pricing running $29.98 to $35.19 per box. Amazon pricing varies by fragrance and seller; check the live listing before assuming a price.

Who it suits, and what is untested

On paper, the Wave 3D fits buyers who want a widely stocked name brand with a big scent range and a 30-day replacement rhythm, and who value the no-wrong-side installation in high-turnover staff settings. What remains untested, by us and in any published independent form we could find, is how its splash and fragrance performance holds up across different fixtures and traffic levels over a full month. A small-pack trial in your own restroom is still the only test that counts, and our splash guide explains why.
